•Apply UK/Irish design standards (DMRB, DMURS, Cycle by Design) to deliver safe, people-focused transport solutions
•Deliver high-quality deliverables within time and budget constraints while ensuring client satisfaction
•Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team and coordinate with technicians, engineers and other disciplines
•Mentor apprentices and contribute to a culture of growth and continuous learning

•Bachelor's or master's degree in civil engineering or similar
•Commitment to Chartership in near future and progression pathway
•Post-graduate experience in civil engineering, highways, public transport and greenways, NEC contracts and contract management
•Knowledge of UK/Ireland design standards (DMRB, DMURS, LTN 1/20, LTN 1/24, NTA Cycle Design Manual)
•Knowledge of contract documentation for major transport projects (NEC/Public Works Contract) and associated specifications to MCHW/MCRW
•Knowledge of statutory planning and design approvals in UK/Ireland (EIA/NIS/CPO) and related processes
•Experience in working within teams to deliver work packages to high quality
