Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead a team of Learning Advisors, including development planning, job descriptions, career pathing, and delivering learning experiences.
  • •Manage the employee lifecycle process for the team, including interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and performance management.
  • •Administer the LMS and related reporting dashboards, permissions, user data feeds, SCORM, and content uploads.
  • •Design, build, and maintain learner-facing learning system pages and standardized global tools and SOPs.
  • •Partner with business units to conduct needs analysis and propose learning solutions, manage adoption, troubleshooting, and improvements/enhancements.

Key Requirements
