Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform engineering tasks within a production team supporting development, integration, and deployment of training systems and related software applications.
  • •Assist with networking design, system configuration, and interfacing with platform simulation applications.
  • •Design, modify, develop, write, and implement software programming applications for training system components.
  • •Install, configure, and support software applications and operating systems used within simulation environments.
  • •Troubleshoot software and system issues, diagnose problems, and support corrective actions; create and maintain technical documentation.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, electrical engineering, or a related technical discipline (equivalent experience may be considered).
  • •1–3 years of experience in software development, systems integration, or engineering support roles.
  • •Foundational knowledge of software programming, debugging, and structured development practices.
  • •Familiarity with operating systems, networking principles, and software installation processes.
  • •Ability to follow engineering direction and work effectively with general supervision, with strong problem-solving and communication skills.
