Job Summary

Lead the strategy, product definition, and end-to-end delivery of stablecoin-enabled money movement capabilities for Visa’s Commercial & Money Movement Solutions organization. Focus on Person to Person/Remittance and define stablecoin strategy for the Currencycloud platform, including Collect and Hold use cases. Drive product strategy, build and global rollout, customer discovery, commercialization, and performance governance while coordinating with engineering, regions, legal, compliance, risk, and external partners.

•Lead product strategy and portfolio leadership for stablecoin-enabled person-to-person/remittance and collect-and-hold use cases.
•Define product requirements, translate them into features for engineering, and support solutioning, delivery alignment, and roadmap adherence.
•Own end-to-end design, governance, and optimization of stablecoin-enabled use cases; track performance, risk, and operational health metrics.
•Drive customer discovery and commercial solutioning, translating customer needs into product requirements, pilots, and pricing plans.
•Support go-to-market and field enablement by enabling regional sales teams and creating client-facing playbooks and sales collateral.

Key Requirements

•Demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional product development from 0→1 and bring new capabilities to market.
•Proven track record leading go-to-market execution across regions and partner ecosystems.
