Technology Enablement Analyst

Drive internal adoption of Harvey’s enterprise technology platforms by translating complex technical programs into clear enablement plans. Own rollout strategy for initiatives like internal AI tooling, monitor adoption and feedback to iterate on training and documentation, and execute change management (communications, training, office hours). Partner with product, engineering, customer success, and go-to-market teams, and build dashboards and reports to track technology health, utilization, and ROI.
