Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and develop functional tests to measure performance of digital IPs (BRAM, DSP, SRL, Memory PHY) and hard IP systems.
  • •Develop RTL test designs and firmware to validate IPs and execute testing across process, voltage, temperature, and volume variations.
  • •Isolate issues to areas such as test gaps, software bugs, silicon bugs, or process deviations using ATE and bench setups.
  • •Analyze characterization results, generate insights, and create characterization reports for program stakeholders.
  • •Develop automation scripts where applicable and manage/guide junior engineers on ATE testing and data analysis.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: MYR 85,400 - 122,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Proficiency in functional (digital) characterization/pattern development or analysis for digital IPs and testing.
  • •Strong Verilog/SystemVerilog skills, with knowledge of FPGA design flow and software timing closure.
  • •Knowledge of testbench and verification environments, including basic ATE testing and NPI/bench testing/debug.
  • •Experience with digital IPs such as RAM, DSP, SRL, and Memory PHY.
  • •Strong data analysis skills and tools (e.g., JMP and Microsoft tools), plus scripting ability (Perl, Python, or TCL) is desirable.
