Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead MES deployments for new fabs, expansions, and upgrades, covering planning, resourcing, risk management, UAT, and production cutover.
  • •Define MES architecture, standards, and scalability across sites, designing scalable and maintainable software architecture.
  • •Own go-live readiness, roadmaps, and continuous enhancements, including system integrations with equipment, SPC, SAP, and data platforms.
  • •Run MES production support (including 24x7 operations), enforce incident/problem management, and lead RCA improvements, including AI-assisted stability improvements.
  • •Build and lead the MES team, drive standardization and change management, manage vendors/budgets, and improve manufacturing KPIs (cycle time, throughput, utilization).

Key Requirements

  • •10–15 years of experience in Manufacturing Execution Systems or related domain.
  • •Proven experience delivering at least one full MES implementation lifecycle.
  • •Experience leading MES deployments including planning, resourcing, UAT, and production cutover with manufacturing/quality compliance.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (B.E./B.Tech or equivalent).
  • •Experience in semiconductor or manufacturing industry is preferred.
