Job Summary

Own post-sales operational delivery for key Silvus customers, acting as the primary liaison between customers and the manufacturing organization. Manage purchase orders, production schedules, and delivery coordination to keep components on track for customers’ long-term roadmaps. Lead QBRs, integrate customer demand forecasts, drive technical advocacy with engineering for issue resolution, and handle RMA and lifecycle communications, including EOL transitions.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as the primary point of contact for customers post sale, managing day-to-day operational needs, escalations, and leading Quarterly Business Reviews.
•Ingest and integrate customer production forecasts into actionable inputs for internal manufacturing and supply chain teams to prevent stockouts or overages.
•Track and manage open purchase orders, coordinating with manufacturing and logistics to meet on-time delivery commitments.
•Partner with Engineering to resolve integration challenges, manage formal escalations for hardware defects or shipping delays, and advocate technically for customers.
•Manage RMA and lifecycle activities, including End-of-Life (EOL) notices and transitions to next-generation components.

Key Requirements

•5+ years in a post-sales, account management, or technical project management role, preferably in Defense, Aerospace, Robotics, or Semiconductor industries.
•Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related technical field.
•Excellent English and Ukrainian verbal, written, and presentation skills.
•Ability to analyze complex spreadsheets and production schedules to align demand and supply.
•Experience managing military or defense-sector clients, plus familiarity with the drone ecosystem (UAV regulations, flight controllers, propulsion systems).
