Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead development management responsibilities for real estate projects and related activities, coordinating between Aldar Development, Aldar Investment and Aldar Group.
  • •Manage program governance processes and structures in collaboration with stakeholders to ensure alignment with overall development strategy.
  • •Negotiate and finalize key development management agreements and other transaction documents to optimize value for Aldar.
  • •Build influential relationships with internal and external stakeholders and secure necessary approvals across development processes.
  • •Oversee due diligence, investment analysis, and documentation for closures of deals, including SPAs and related agreements.

Key Requirements

  • •Min. 12 years of experience in development management or a similar role
  • •Bachelor Degree finance, economics or business administration
  • •Strong numerical/analytical capabilities with attention to detail
  • •Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams (including external consultants) on complex development projects
  • •Knowledge/exposure to UAE/GCC real estate markets and development agreements
