Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the Transaction Monitoring product area and define strategy aligned with Financial Crime Intelligence Product goals.
  • •Use data and research to identify pain points, investigate anomalies, and deliver optimizations.
  • •Define and evolve Transaction Monitoring rules, scenarios, risk typologies, and predictive AI model thresholds across compliance frameworks, including Crypto Travel Rule requirements.
  • •Drive reductions in false positives, improve alert quality, and increase operational scalability.
  • •Translate regulatory and AML requirements into clear product requirements; work with Engineering on vendor integrations, event schemas, transaction data models, and system performance.

Key Requirements

  • •4+ years’ experience as a Product Manager.
  • •2+ years working on AML / Transaction Monitoring products.
  • •Hands-on exposure to crypto transaction monitoring, particularly stablecoins, or VASP compliance.
  • •Experience with blockchain analytics tools such as Chainalysis, TRM, Elliptic, or similar.
  • •Experience with travel rule tools such as Notabene, Sumsub, or similar.
