Job Summary

Facilitate sprint ceremonies and establish a shared delivery cadence and Definition of Done across multiple development teams on a greenfield program for a large federal civilian agency. Coach teams into tailored Scrum practices, help remove impediments, and partner with Product Owner and Release Train Engineer to improve backlog readiness and sprint planning. Work with Agile practitioners and architects as new teams onboard and delivery practices mature over time.

Key Responsibilities

•Facilitate sprint ceremonies and establish delivery cadence across development teams.
•Coach teams into the program’s shared cadence and tailored Definition of Done.
•Remove impediments and surface cross-team blockers to the Project Manager and Release Train Engineer.
•Partner with the Product Owner on backlog readiness and sprint planning.
•Support new development teams as they onboard into the established cadence.

Travel: Low travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 120,000 - 145,000 annually

Key Requirements

•6+ years of Scrum Master or Agile delivery experience.
•3+ years facilitating multiple teams concurrently, including teams you do not directly manage.
•Experience working in a SAFe environment.
•Strong facilitation and conflict-navigation skills across organizational boundaries.
•Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust suitability determination.
