Key Responsibilities

•Lead and manage the delivery of complex highway, bridge, and other transportation projects for municipal, provincial, federal, and private-sector clients
•Provide overall project leadership, including scope definition, work planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and governance
•Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, leading project communications, progress reporting, and issue resolution
•Coordinate and oversee internal design teams, sub-consultants, and external stakeholders to ensure high-quality, on-time project delivery
•Lead procurement activities, including preparation and review of proposals, scopes of work, cost estimates, and fee negotiations

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 125,000 - 180,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Finance with a minimum of 8 years of total experience in project management
•PEng or PMP or CPA

•Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams in both in-person and virtual environments
•Strong knowledge of project governance, financial controls, and risk management
