  • •Hire, onboard, and develop Procurement Activation Specialists, owning their ramp from week one to full independence.
  • •Run structured 1:1s and coaching to move ICs from reactive to proactive execution and insight.
  • •Build and codify the Procurement Activation playbook across discovery, configuration, customer education, and go-live.
  • •Turn implementation patterns into structured product feedback for Engineering and Product.
  • •Operationalize and scale the implementation process, identifying systemic blockers and partnering on GTM planning and roadmaps.
