Maintain and safely operate facility instrumentation, automation, and control systems, including process control, safety shutdowns, detection/suppression, and emergency systems. Perform calibration, testing, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance for measurement equipment, valves, hydraulic control panels, single-loop controllers, PLC/DCS devices, and SCADA communications. Complete I&E maintenance records and inspections, support Process Safety Management and emergency response (HAZWOPER/RCRA), and support documentation updates and contractor oversight at the gas plant site.

Key Responsibilities

•Maintain and operate facility instrumentation, measurement devices, and final control elements to ensure safe functioning and compliance.
•Calibrate, test, inspect, operate, troubleshoot, and maintain electronic control devices including PLCs, DCSs, and transmitters.
•Perform I&E maintenance inspections, checklists, PMs, and complete maintenance and service recordkeeping.
•Support Process Safety Management with an emphasis on instrument and electrical integrity, including safety/environmental training and daily briefings.
