Key Responsibilities

  • •Create modern, engaging learning assets (microlearning, interactive coaching scenarios, video scripts, pitch decks, and enablement kits) tied to sales performance and revenue growth.
  • •Use Google Gemini to draft outlines, synthesize product documentation into enablement, and personalize scenarios across buyer personas and sales lifecycle stages.
  • •Collaborate with Worldwide Field Enablement, Sales Leadership, Product Marketing, and others to identify knowledge gaps and align learning to business priorities.
  • •Ensure instructional integrity by applying adult learning theories and validating AI-generated content for accuracy and instructional soundness before deployment.
  • •Implement metrics and reporting frameworks to evaluate learning effectiveness and iterate quickly based on data and sales-team feedback.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 130,200 - 195,400 annually

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years in instructional design, sales enablement, or a related field in a fast-paced or B2B SaaS environment, with knowledge of adult learning frameworks.
  • •Ability to measure impact beyond completion rates using Kirkpatrick’s Levels of Evaluation (Levels 3 and 4).
  • •Proven experience integrating AI tools like Google Gemini (and similar LLMs) into workflow to increase efficiency.
  • •Experience with modern sales enablement platforms (e.g., Highspot) and rapid authoring tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Camtasia).
