Job Summary

Lead and coordinate health, safety and environmental (HSE) programs for advanced manufacturing projects, ensuring regulatory and company policy compliance. Collaborate with the Project Management Team to integrate ESH considerations into planning, execution and monitoring; identify and mitigate ESH risks; develop, review and update policies; conduct audits, investigations, and training; track performance metrics and report to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide expert guidance and support to the Project Management Team on ESH matters, monitoring and verifying compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies.
•Assist in coordinating ESH aspects of projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring, to ensure ESH considerations are integrated into project management.
•Identify, assess, and mitigate ESH risks associated with projects, and develop strategies to minimize potential impacts on employees, the environment, and the community.
•Develop, review, and update ESH policies and procedures to monitor and verify compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
•Collaborate with project teams to develop project-specific ESH plans, including hazard assessments, risk management plans, and emergency response plans.
•Provide ESH training and awareness programs for project team members, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure understanding of responsibilities
•Conduct regular audits and inspections to monitor and verify compliance with ESH regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
•Investigate ESH incidents, near misses, and accidents, and prepare reports to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
•Develop and track ESH performance metrics, including injury rates, environmental metrics, and compliance metrics, and report to stakeholders.
•Communicate ESH information and project updates to stakeholders, including employees, contractors, regulators, and the community.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or Occupational Health & Safety
•5–10 years in HSE with experience in industrial, manufacturing, EPC projects
•Strong skills in audit, compliance monitoring, and reporting
•Effective stakeholder management (contractors, regulators, internal teams)
