Business Resiliency and Incident Program Manager

Own the company’s business resiliency program end-to-end, including centralized incident management, business continuity planning, disaster recovery strategy, and emergency management plans aligned to regulatory requirements. Evaluate and mitigate resiliency risks, enhance policies and procedures, run tabletop exercises with internal teams and third parties, and lead triage/incident documentation for material events. Provide reporting and key metrics to senior management and the board, while managing a team of analysts.
