Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop new service procedures and Best Known Methods (BKMs) for new products, including contributing to FMECA.
  • •Participate in or own first-chamber Build & Test in the Apps lab and coordinate with Engineering to address identified issues.
  • •Work with Quality & Reliability to review Top Field Issues, participate in or own CAPA, and conduct or facilitate Failure Analysis (FA) when needed.
  • •Develop and document installation, retrofit, and maintenance procedures, including Technical Product Manuals; create procedures, CENs, ISBs, and troubleshooting guides as required.
  • •Collect process and qualification data to create BKMs; develop training packages with Global Technical Training (GTT) and train customer and technical support teams; coordinate parts stocking needs with AGS.
