Key Responsibilities

  • •Support on Scottish Water programmes delivered by AECOM, including SR27 Enterprise.
  • •Contribute to designing and delivering water and wastewater infrastructure such as pipelines, pumping stations, and sewer upgrades.
  • •Help support flood and surface water management solutions, including blue/green infrastructure retrofit and Natural Flood Management.
  • •Support climate resilience and low-carbon design for critical water infrastructure using gravity-fed systems and carbon-efficient materials.
  • •Collaborate with multidisciplinary and digital teams to deliver integrated, data-driven solutions.

Key Requirements

  • •Engineering degree (or equivalent) in a related engineering subject (e.g. civil, electrical, mechanical, structural).
  • •Experience in the full cycle of project design delivery from inception to detailed design.
  • •Knowledge and experience working in the water sector.
