Key Responsibilities

  • •Generate material replenishment plans for assigned plants and balance requirements using inventory levels, lead times, and supplier performance.
  • •Coordinate capital project planning across departments for project startup and align communication with key customers and forecast execution.
  • •Monitor and manage plant KPIs for supplier reviewer meetings and drive standard material replenishment processes.
  • •Coordinate with plant operations/scheduling and suppliers based on production schedules and supplier lead times to ensure material availability.
  • •Establish safety stock levels, set item-level planning parameters, resolve shortages/exceptions with plants and logistics, and recommend replenishment process improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, data management, or related field, or comparable work experience in materials replenishment planning.
  • •Two or more years of experience in related work areas.
  • •High attention to detail and the ability to quickly identify and resolve material planning data issues or material shortages.
  • •Effective verbal and written communication with all replenishment planning stakeholders.
  • •Ability to work closely with supply chain planning and execution teams; APICS certifications (CPIM/CSCP) are preferred or pursued.
