Job Summary

Support the sales team as a trusted technical adviser for F5 Distributed Cloud solutions. Present product strategy and value propositions, deliver solution designs and demonstrations, and run proofs of concept. Collaborate with account teams to identify technical decision makers and drive validation and sponsorship. Determine opportunity viability and provide world-class customer service throughout the customer lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

•Articulate F5 Distributed Cloud product strategy, messaging, and value proposition aligned to customer business objectives.
•Provide technical expertise via sales presentations, solution designs/demonstrations, and proofs of concept in person or virtually.
•Determine opportunity viability and map organizational structure for technical engagement.
•Partner with the account manager to identify technical decision makers and obtain technical validation, support, and sponsorship.
•Deliver world-class customer service through the customer life cycle and collaborate with internal sales/technical resources.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of related industry experience
•BS/BA or equivalent work experience
•Experience in secure cloud architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP or other public clouds)
•CI/CD experience automating build and test pipelines with GitOps and Jenkins
•Experience with cloud instrumentation/configuration and deployment tools (e.g., GKE, Kubernetes, Terraform, Ansible)
