Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate logistics administration for road transport and shipping, ensuring files and records are accurate and complete.
  • •Manage customer orders from fulfillment to shipping and prepare information for shipping schedules.
  • •Communicate with carriers daily to execute shipments and keep records of outbound shipments.
  • •Resolve complaints, eliminate delays, and collaborate with supervisors and shipping personnel to improve efficiency.
  • •Maintain a clean, sanitary warehouse/department environment and cross-train in other functions/departments as needed.

Salary: USD 20.91 - 23.51

Key Requirements

  • •Valid Driver’s License.
  • •Experience working in dispatch is preferred.
  • •Knowledge of warehouse related software and familiarity with WMS is preferred.
  • •Proficient in Microsoft Applications (Excel, Word).
  • •Able to Read, Write, and Speak simple correspondence in the English Language, with strong attention to detail.
