Key Responsibilities

  • •Contribute, from the onset of a project to the design of innovative and progressive design solutions that reconcile the client’s goals and priorities while fostering opportunities for design excellence.
  • •Perform and/or direct material and building system research and coordinate the preparation of project specifications.
  • •Ensure CDM Safety in Design and Sustainability principles are applied throughout all design stages of a project.
  • •Be familiar with the Building Safety Act 2022 and the implications to the regulatory design of buildings and higher-risk buildings in England and Wales.
  • •Manage interface between Design Team / Site Team ensuring proper design support is provided in a timely manner.

Key Requirements

  • •Fully Qualified and Registered Architect (ARB Registered).
  • •Proven experience in working on major infrastructure, residential/mixed-use schemes.
  • •Good REVIT, BIM and presentation skills are essential. Visualisation skills are beneficial.
  • •Good knowledge of CDE systems like Sharepoint, ACC, Projectwise, A-SITE, etc is essential.
  • •Ideally, you will live locally to the London Aldgate office or be willing to relocate/commute.
