Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and evolve the global People Reporting and Analytics operating model, including governance, service standards, metrics, and strategic priorities.
  • •Lead development and adoption of an enterprise workforce metrics framework, including executive reporting, dashboards, and scorecards.
  • •Drive data quality, governance, and compliance standards for accurate, reliable, responsible use of people data.
  • •Partner with workforce planning and business leaders to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and future workforce scenarios supporting growth.
  • •Advance automation, self-service reporting, predictive analytics, and AI-enabled solutions; oversee service governance and continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •Extensive experience leading reporting, analytics, workforce data, HR, or business intelligence in a complex global environment.
  • •Proven experience leading managers and multidisciplinary teams across regions and cultures.
  • •Strong expertise in executive reporting, workforce analytics, data governance, dashboards/visualization, automation, and service performance management, including Workday reporting and BI platforms.
  • •Strong problem-solving and collaborator management skills, with communication and data storytelling to translate complex information into actions.
  • •Proficient English skills (written and spoken) for presenting insights and building relationships in a global matrixed organization.
