Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide technical leadership and engineering ownership for Electrical Failure Analysis (EFA) supporting NPI, qualification builds, and HVM.
  • •Ensure FA readiness for new products, including tooling, kits, and capability assessments aligned with APTD knowledge transfer.
  • •Supervise shift technicians and partner with APTD teams to institutionalize EFA/PFA knowledge into manufacturing-ready FA strategies and disposition guidelines.
  • •Perform advanced EFA investigations using tools (e.g., IV curve tracer, micro-prober, bench tester) and interpret results holistically.
  • •Act as a technical focal point across shifts to ensure quality and consistency of analysis, drive timely decisions, and lead systemic improvements to reduce recurring SBL events.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in Engineering, or more than 5 years of related EFA or PFA experience.
  • •Strong background in failure analysis, test engineering support, or manufacturing troubleshooting.
  • •Proven track record translating data into sound engineering decisions.
  • •Ability to provide off-hour support for critical issues impacting shift operations (as needed).
  • •Communication and ability to explain technical issues clearly to operators, engineers, and managers.
