Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee the full spectrum of facilities management (strategic and operational) for Georgia and LATAM office environments.
  • •Recommend, plan, and execute site space-plan changes; manage maintenance, equipment, furniture, and service requirements.
  • •Define and deliver regional facilities support services aligned with the corporate real estate global support model, building partnerships and advising leaders and stakeholders.
  • •Prioritize facilities staff activities to ensure compliance and continuous improvement in health and safety, building regulations, physical security, environmental/sustainability programs, and business continuity/disaster recovery.
  • •Lead facilities support vendors, manage real estate expansion and relocation/closure opportunities, and support leasing and complex vendor contract/RFP processes.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree, or relevant experience in lieu of a degree in a related field of study.
  • •5 to 8 years of facilities management experience, with at least 3 years in vendor management experience in sizable multinational companies.
  • •Fluent English plus Spanish and/or Portuguese (spoken & written) for local regulatory and vendor interactions.
  • •Professional qualification, preferably in Facilities Management, Building Services, or a related discipline.
  • •Strong knowledge of building regulations, statutory requirements, and project management skills. Typical minimum of 6 years; 1–2 years supervisory experience preferred.
