Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned to project objectives, cost targets, and quality requirements.
  • •Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to understand specifications and procurement needs.
  • •Source and evaluate suppliers through market research and supplier assessments to identify qualified vendors.
  • •Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing to achieve cost savings and ensure quality materials and equipment delivery.
  • •Manage procurement from requisition to delivery, including purchase orders, shipment tracking, delivery issue resolution, and supplier performance audits.

  • •Minimum 8 years of working experience, including 5 years of relevant procurement experience.
  • •Proficiency in procurement processes such as sourcing, bidding, and contract negotiation.
  • •Strong technical knowledge of engineering principles to assess specifications, drawings, and alignment with project requirements.
  • •Excellent analytical and cost analysis skills to evaluate supplier proposals and identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • •ERP knowledge, preferably SAP functional skills, plus a professional qualification in supply chain/logistics or related technical certificates.
