Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive safely to transport live poultry or poultry feed between growers and processing facilities.
  • •Comply with all DOT regulations and all company policies, and local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
  • •Perform and document pre-trip inspections and ensure equipment is in safe operating condition.
  • •Assist with loading and unloading trailers as necessary and ensure secure loads before movement.
  • •Maintain proper documentation and clean and wash the truck as necessary; report maintenance issues to a supervisor.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 21 years of age.
  • •Valid Class A CDL with 1 year verifiable satisfactory driving record.
  • •Knowledge of Department of Transportation, State, and Federal laws.
