Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and oversee design, engineering, and technical assurance of onshore and offshore pipeline systems in line with international codes and standards
  • •Review, approve, and take ownership of key pipeline engineering deliverables including routing, alignment sheets, stress analysis, hydraulics, materials, and specifications
  • •Manage pipeline engineering scope to meet project schedules, budgets, and quality expectations
  • •Provide technical leadership and guidance to pipeline engineers and designers to ensure consistency and accuracy across deliverables
  • •Serve as technical focal point for clients, EPC partners, vendors, and regulators, and support construction/installation and commissioning activities by resolving site technical issues

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering (or equivalent) with at least 15+ years of relevant Offshore/Onshore Oil & Gas experience
  • •5+ years (preferred) in the GCC region and offshore experience is required
  • •At least 5 years of experience in a similar position on mega Oil & Gas or Petrochemical projects, including managing a team of specialists and engineers
  • •PMC experience is required, including full coherence with international codes and standards
  • •Hands-on experience on SPEL, plus working knowledge of electrical discipline relevant to offshore/onshore oil and gas codes and practices
