Key Responsibilities

  • •Support team performance tracking, including KPI monitoring, reporting, and insight generation.
  • •Extract, organize, and analyze data to support business analysis and identify key issues or opportunities.
  • •Assist in building dashboards, reports, and business review materials.
  • •Conduct deep-dive analysis on business performance and strategic topics with team members.
  • •Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support internal projects, streamline processes, and handle ad-hoc operational analysis as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Currently enrolled undergraduate or graduate student, preferably in Business, Economics, Data, or a related field.
  • •Strong English communication skills (written and verbal) to work in an international environment.
  • •Basic data analysis skills; Excel required, with SQL/BI tools a plus.
  • •Strong logical thinking and problem-solving ability working comfortably with data.
  • •Good communication and coordination skills to manage multiple stakeholders; leadership or project experience is a plus.
