Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth and market expansion
  • •Build partnerships with startups, entrepreneurs, and PE/VC/CVC firms to enhance brand presence and market influence
  • •Lead and oversee systematic commercial activities to achieve business objectives; Collaborate with the Chief Commercial Officer and other internal teams to align strategies and ensure cohesive execution
  • •Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities
  • •Monitor and evaluate performance metrics to track progress and make data-driven decisions

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CNY 35,500 - 80,000 monthly

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years in corporate development, investment banking, private equity, or related fields
  • •Proven venture partnerships, business development, or related roles within the Chinese market
