  • •Facilitate warm transitions by connecting members with assigned counselors/coaches and sharing relevant clinical information.
  • •Maintain a small ongoing caseload and provide temporary coverage during clinician leave or operational needs, while documenting interactions and supporting quality improvement.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 59,000 - 62,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of clinical experience supporting individuals with substance use disorders, with demonstrated expertise in CBT, Motivational Interviewing (MI), and relapse prevention.
  • •Active, unrestricted state credential (license/certification) in good standing, with multi-state licensure preferred.
  • •Credentialing recognized by IC&RC or NAADAC (e.g., AADC, CAADC, LADC, LCSW with SUD treatment scope).
  • •Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • •Experience providing SBIRT care for people with substance use disorders (SUDs).
