Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive financial KPIs for the marketplace channel, including sales, margin, and commercial targets.
  • •Lead seasonal marketplace planning with the Senior Planner and ensure alignment with Power On forecasting.
  • •Develop and maintain demand forecasts and manage annual trading calendars by account, aligned to brand and commercial plans.
  • •Monitor weekly trading performance, identifying bestsellers and underperformance and taking action to optimize stock, margin, and risk.
  • •Build and manage seasonal range plans and support category performance, rate of sale (ROS), and in-season range reviews using historical performance.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience in eCommerce merchandising, trading, or digital growth roles with accountability for revenue, margin, and stock performance.
  • •Strong analytical and commercial mindset with expertise in forecasting and KPI-driven decision-making.
  • •Solid understanding of inventory management, range planning, pricing strategy, and eCommerce best practices, including site merchandising and product visibility.
  • •Experience leading seasonal marketplace planning and adjusting demand forecasts based on performance, risks, and opportunities.
  • •Ability to collaborate cross-functionally across wholesale and European teams to deliver aligned strategy across markets.
