Job Summary

Develop and maintain data tools that support temporary relocation and vacant unit preparation for occupied housing modernization projects. Build master trackers and resident-to-unit matching tools, monitor move status and unit readiness, and identify gaps between relocation demand and available units. Create dashboards, charts, and briefing materials from reconciled data across multiple sources to help teams plan phase-by-phase moves with accurate, actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop, maintain, and improve master trackers for temporary relocation, move-out/move-back, vacant unit prep, resident matching, and unit readiness.
•Track resident relocation status by project, building, apartment, household, bedroom size, accessibility needs, phase, target/actual move dates, and return status.
•Build and maintain resident-to-unit matching tools using approved criteria including timing, building constraints, and unit availability.
•Monitor vacant unit status from identification through resident-ready turnover, including inspections, repairs, clearance, maintenance, and acceptance/release.
•Prepare dashboards and written summaries (including PowerPoint slides) and reconcile relocation/vacancy/unit-readiness data from multiple sources.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 105,000 - 125,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in data analytics, urban planning, public administration, business, administration, information systems, engineering, architecture plus two (2) years of relevant experience (or demonstrated equivalency).
•Experience developing trackers, dashboards, reports, databases, action item logs, or project controls tools.
•Experience with Power BI, Access, SQL, Python, or other data analytics tools.
•Ability to translate business requirements into reporting tools, dashboards, workflows, data structures, or process improvements.
•Highly organized, analytical, and detail-oriented with comfort working with complex resident, apartment, schedule, and readiness information.
