Drive store sales goals by delivering an ALO guest experience rooted in genuine connection, product education, and community storytelling. Be an expert in product features, benefits, fabric, design, and care while leading sales on ALO’s Flow initiatives. Build daily client relationships, resolve customer needs, and help execute store processes including sales floor coverage, shipment processing, visual merchandising, and front/back of house procedures.
