Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor purchase orders end-to-end from placement through confirmation, shipment, and delivery/availability, resolving issues to meet market SLAs.
  • •Execute business control processes and translate risks/opportunities into actions following business principles.
  • •Monitor and proactively identify PO change requests not expected, including shipment and customer-dedicated amendment changes.
  • •Lead root-cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions with cross-functional stakeholders, tracking actions to closure.
  • •Provide weekly operational reporting, escalations, decision-ready summaries, and support continuous improvement via standardization and automation.

Key Requirements

  • •1–3 years of experience in supply chain management, operations, or planning.
  • •Prefer experience in the Accessories, Apparel, or Footwear industries.
  • •Good knowledge of MS Office and SAP.
