Key Responsibilities

  • •Builds MES strategy and defines features in line with operational goals and compliance standards.
  • •Owns the MES product vision, strategy, and roadmap to manufacturing, quality, and broader supply chain teams.
  • •Ensure MES scalability and deep integration with ERP, PLM, and shop-floor systems while ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • •Develop business cases for MES investments, publish and track value realization.
  • •Manage budgets, timelines, and resource allocation for MES projects.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years in a manufacturing/industrial IT or MES leadership role (leading MES strategy, deployment, and lifecycle management)
  • •Proven experience with Aveva MES or similar MES platforms and collaboration with external vendors
  • •Strong data-driven mindset with ability to translate production data and KPIs into actionable insights
  • •Understanding of Industry 4.0 technologies (IoT, AI, cloud-based manufacturing) and their application in FMCG/CPG environments
  • •Ability to influence across functions (Operations, Quality, Engineering, IT) and manage cross-functional programs
