Lead and own the MES strategy and lifecycle for Reckitt's Health manufacturing operations, driving scalable, integrated digital manufacturing solutions with cross-functional teams including IT, Quality, Regulatory, R&D and Operations. •Builds MES strategy and defines features in line with operational goals and compliance standards.

•Ensure MES scalability and deep integration with ERP, PLM, and shop-floor systems while ensuring regulatory compliance.
•Develop business cases for MES investments, publish and track value realization.
•Manage budgets, timelines, and resource allocation for MES projects.

Key Requirements

•5+ years in a manufacturing/industrial IT or MES leadership role (leading MES strategy, deployment, and lifecycle management)

•Strong data-driven mindset with ability to translate production data and KPIs into actionable insights
•Understanding of Industry 4.0 technologies (IoT, AI, cloud-based manufacturing) and their application in FMCG/CPG environments
•Ability to influence across functions (Operations, Quality, Engineering, IT) and manage cross-functional programs
