•Own full-cycle global recruitment for niche scientific and technical roles, from intake through offer.
•Build and maintain strategic talent pools across key regions, using sourcing tools and digital channels.
•Use hiring data and funnel metrics to forecast demand, optimize process efficiency, produce recurring reports, and identify risk areas.

Key Requirements

•7 years of global Talent Acquisition experience in a matrixed, corporate environment.
•5 years of Corporate or Agency experience leading TA teams and coaching leaders.
•3–5 years recruiting in Food & Beverage or Pharma FMCG environments.
