  • •Own full-cycle global recruitment for niche scientific and technical roles, from intake through offer.
  • •Build and maintain strategic talent pools across key regions, using sourcing tools and digital channels.
  • •Use hiring data and funnel metrics to forecast demand, optimize process efficiency, produce recurring reports, and identify risk areas.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Food Science, Chemistry, Life Sciences, or a related field.
  • •10+ years of multinational Talent Acquisition and/or Talent Management experience in North America and globally.
  • •7 years of global Talent Acquisition experience in a matrixed, corporate environment.
  • •5 years of Corporate or Agency experience leading TA teams and coaching leaders.
  • •3–5 years recruiting in Food & Beverage or Pharma FMCG environments.
