Key Responsibilities

•Architect, write and optimize new UI components, core end-user-facing experiences, and workflows over scalable services and APIs.
•Build modern front-end, back-end, and end-to-end user journeys; manage upstream/downstream dependencies; scale critical components.
•Mentor engineers, conduct code reviews, ensure coding standards, and lead testing strategies (unit, UI, integration, e2e).
•Collaborate with UI/UX designers, Architects, and Product Managers to design and implement features that are delightful and performant.
•Maintain production systems, participate in on-call rotations, and improve development velocity with AI-assisted tooling.

Key Requirements

•B.Tech/M.Tech from a premier institute with 7+ years of experience including leadership of high-performance engineering teams.
•Deep expertise in advanced JavaScript and TypeScript with experience building responsive, scalable web applications using Web Component, React, Vue, Angular, etc. Hands-on with Mobx, lit is good to have.
•Strong HTML5 and CSS3 design principles and techniques.
•Back-end development experience with NodeJS, REST APIs, ElasticSearch, Python, SQS, SNS, Step Functions, Kubernetes, Elastic Containers or similar tech stacks.
•Experience with unit, integration and end-to-end testing, CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring tools (Splunk, New Relic, Grafana).
