Job Summary

Join Allianz Consulting as a Principal Consultant to shape Malaysia's practice from the ground up, partnering with C-suite leaders to drive transformation in the insurance sector. Key Responsibilities

•Lead and oversee multiple strategic initiatives through structured methodologies, ensuring exceptional quality and impactful solutions for our operating entities
•Build and manage senior stakeholder relationships while serving as a trusted advisor to drive strategic outcomes and long-term partnerships
•Serve as a recognized subject matter expert in strategic areas and guide the development of intellectual capital
•Drive practice growth through business development leadership and strategic client proposition development
•Shape the Malaysian practice and market presence by mentoring teams and influencing senior stakeholders across engagements

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s or master’s degree
•6+ years of experience, with a preference for candidates with prior Tier 1/ Tier 2 management consulting or advisory experience. Experience in mergers and acquisitions, transaction advisory or IT delivery is a plus
•Exposure to the financial services/ insurance industry is preferred
•Fluent in spoken and written English. A second language would be an advantage
•Experience in leading and developing consulting teams
