Design and optimize plasma etch–related manufacturing processes for display and semiconductor technologies. Collect and analyze experimental data, perform hardware characterization, troubleshoot engineering issues, measure film properties, and produce technical documentation and specifications. Execute process engineering projects within safety guidelines, train engineers on measurement methods, and collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and R&D teams to develop new technologies, products, and analytical instrumentation.

•Develop, plan, and execute process engineering projects within safety guidelines
