Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure daily readiness of field teams by coordinating tools, equipment, vehicles, parts, and job documentation.
  • •Act as the primary liaison between field crews and internal teams such as logistics, procurement, and scheduling.
  • •Conduct site visits to support, coach, and provide quality assurance for active installation projects.
  • •Monitor and enforce company safety standards and ensure compliance with local codes and regulations.
  • •Train and mentor field technicians and support performance feedback and evaluations for field team members.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience as an HVAC install team member and team lead.
  • •GA Conditioned Air Contractor (CAC) — Class I Restricted (State, RME Required).
  • •5+ years in a management role, overseeing field teams.
  • •Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including heat pumps.
  • •Familiarity with safety standards (OSHA Electrical Standard and OSHA Lockout/Tagout (LOTO)) and ability to ensure compliance with local codes and regulations.
