Key Responsibilities

•Ensure daily readiness of field teams by coordinating tools, equipment, vehicles, parts, and job documentation.
•Act as the primary liaison between field crews and internal teams such as logistics, procurement, and scheduling.
•Conduct site visits to support, coach, and provide quality assurance for active installation projects.
•Monitor and enforce company safety standards and ensure compliance with local codes and regulations.
•Train and mentor field technicians and support performance feedback and evaluations for field team members.

Key Requirements

•Proven experience as an HVAC install team member and team lead.
•GA Conditioned Air Contractor (CAC) — Class I Restricted (State, RME Required).

•Familiarity with safety standards (OSHA Electrical Standard and OSHA Lockout/Tagout (LOTO)) and ability to ensure compliance with local codes and regulations.
