Job Summary

Process Engineer responsible for planning, deploying, and optimizing production processes for acoustically effective systems in body noise reduction. Leads efficiency improvements, supports and sometimes leads investment projects from budgeting to implementation, develops process descriptions and specifications, collaborates with EMSR, maintenance and production, and ensures energy and production monitoring to meet performance targets.

Key Responsibilities

•Plan, build and continuously develop production processes to manufacture acoustically effective systems for body noise reduction.
•Continuously evaluate existing manufacturing workflows to identify efficiency improvement potentials.
•Analyze deviations in operations in collaboration with R&D and implement approved adjustments with proper documentation.
•Assist and/or lead investment projects from budgeting to implementation.
•Create process descriptions, P&IDs and specifications while coordinating with EMSR, maintenance and production.

Key Requirements

•Graduated in engineering (mechanical, process, chemical, or electrical) or a comparable technologist qualification with relevant professional experience
•Strong experience in optimizing operating and manufacturing processes (process management)
•Knowledge of plant and process safety regulations (BetrSichV)
•Experience with hazard assessments, risk analyses and Safety Integrity Level (SIL) evaluations
•Knowledge of MSR technology, process control systems and PLC programming (S7 / TIA) is desirable
