Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and execute targeted tech events and campaigns to position the team as an employer of choice and generate passive inbound pipeline.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 150,000 - 190,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of technical sourcing experience in high-growth environments (e.g., Series D+ or hyper-scale) with measurable impact.
  • •0-to-1 sourcing experience, including building sourcing strategy and defining metrics as a lead sourcer.
  • •Hands-on AI and technical fluency implementing AI-powered sourcing tools, custom automation tools, and generative AI messaging.
  • •Rapid learning velocity to master complex technical concepts, tools, and developer domains during hiring-manager intakes.
  • •Proven ability to build passive inbound pipelines using community events, technical branding, and content.
