Key Responsibilities

•Capture client requirements and author bespoke BIM strategies and workflows aligned to industry best practices, including contract documentation needs.
•Manage BIM methodology rollout across programmes and projects to ensure adoption by clients, design teams, and contractors.
•Conduct structured model reviews, clash detection, and data analysis to mitigate risks and support delivery against project requirements.
•Facilitate workshops and coordinate with project partners, acting as an ambassador for digital services.
•Create bid proposals and detailed reports, contribute to internal documentation and quality processes, and lead and supervise teams through peer review.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 3+ years in a BIM Manager role, with understanding of consultancy environments and project lifecycles.
•Deep working knowledge of BS EN ISO 19650 and information management standards, including the IMI Framework (UK BIM Framework).
•Proficiency with 3D authoring tools such as Revit or ArchiCAD for interrogation.
•Expertise in clash detection and model checking tools such as Solibri and Navisworks.
•Strong CDE experience using platforms such as Forma (ACC), Asite, and Viewpoint.
