•Participate in focus groups for Endpoint Management, contribute new ideas, and perform targeted peer reviews of other projects.
•Design, build and roll out a new platform in a modernization project or carve-out.
•Coordinate customer interfaces as sub-project lead or as architect, typically on-site.
•Provide active support to presales and sales processes, e.g., by creating proposals or assisting in webcasts.

•Experience with Workplace Transformations and provisioning projects, including client architectures, infrastructure, security, data and networks.
•Experience as Lead Architect with project and people management responsibilities.
•Know-how of Microsoft 365 in cloud-only and hybrid scenarios.
•Experience integrating Office 365 or other cloud solutions into desktop environments.
•Knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), MCM, Intune, Azure Virtual Desktop/Windows 365; and familiarity with Citrix and client security.
