Key Responsibilities

•Develop, implement, administer, and maintain compensation programs supporting company objectives and local practices.
•Participate in compensation surveys and ensure globally competitive pay practices.
•Evaluate compensation programs, trends, and new technologies, recommending changes and improvements.
•Advise managers on compensation-related issues and resolve compensation problems through guideline-aligned adjustments.
•Deliver compensation administration processes, tools, and communication materials; may lead compensation projects for specific employee groups or locations.

•Review proposed salary adjustments against established guidelines and recommend corrective actions as needed.
•Ensure proper interpretation and application of compensation policies for a large employee population across a country or region.
