Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and manage analytics projects from requirements gathering through delivery for client stakeholders
  • •Propose, develop, and present data science solutions (Python/R) and statistical models to drive business value
  • •Develop analytics prototypes and provide them to the business development team for pre-sales support
  • •Validate and improve the architecture of analytics solutions based on practical use cases and client needs
  • •Represent Avanade’s face in client projects and coordinate cross-functional collaboration with vendors and internal teams

Key Requirements

  • •Experience proposing and delivering data science solutions to clients using Python or R (EDA, data preprocessing, evaluation, retraining, CI)
  • •Experience building and deploying data science solutions on Azure, AWS, or GCP (3+ years)
  • •Experience generating, extracting, and visualizing data for analysis and reporting using SQL/Python/R
  • •Ability to lead a project team (4+ people) and drive hypothesis generation, technology selection, and model implementation cycles
  • •Business-level English and client-facing communication skills
