  • •Advise business leaders and HR partners on U.S. employment law matters, including employee relations, investigations, accommodations, leave management, restructurings, performance management, and terminations.
  • •Provide strategic counsel on employment matters by partnering with internal stakeholders and external counsel to manage risk and ensure compliance.
  • •Lead complex litigation, employment claims, regulatory inquiries, and dispute resolution matters with limited oversight.
  • •Draft, negotiate, and advise on employment-related agreements, including contracts with HR-related vendors.
  • •Drive legal frameworks and governance processes to improve compliance, efficiency, and risk management across the organization.

Key Requirements

  • •Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school and active admission to at least one U.S. State Bar in good standing.
  • •5-7+ years of experience in employment law, including in-house and/or law firm practice.
  • •Deep expertise in U.S. employment law, with experience supporting international employment matters and global business operations a plus.
  • •Demonstrated experience managing complex employment litigation, investigations, claims, including at the agency level, and compliance matters with limited oversight.
  • •Exceptional communication and influencing skills, including advising and presenting recommendations to senior and executive-level stakeholders.
