•Partner with the AI team to enable agentic patterns for the next generation of Vanta experiences.
•Run go-to-market/adoption for design-system changes and lead quality/paper-cut triage as the craft team across the product.

•A builder’s mindset: hands-on with prototypes, demos, and using the same component building blocks the team ships.
•Systems thinking across components, tokens, patterns, and front-end infrastructure, understanding how changes cascade across product surfaces.
•Authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future employer sponsorship.
